For almost two decades, Dr. Vivian Rodgers has been a sought-after international conference speaker, author, and trainer. His books and training manuals have been endorsed by leading voices in the leadership and business arena, positioning him as one of the foremost experts in Leadership and Business Excellence.

Together with his wife, Dr. Charmaine Rodgers, they lead Excellence International, a dynamic Training Centre and Bible College with a strong global footprint. They are both Certified Life Coaches and accomplished teachers with a passion for raising up leaders of excellence who are dedicated to making the greatest impact throughout the world.

Excellence International is not only established locally in Johannesburg, South Africa, but also has a significant international online presence across social media platforms, television, and radio, making their programs and courses accessible to students and leaders worldwide. Dr. Vivian also serves as the Vice-President and International Dean of Destiny College International, an internationally accredited leadership school established in Florida, USA, under the chancellorship of Dr. Keith Johnson, America’s No.1 Confidence Coach. He holds an earned Doctorate in Ministry, a PhD in Leadership& a Doctorate of Divinity, while Dr. Charmaine holds an earned Doctorate in Ministry & a PhD in Leadership.
