ABOUT OUR MINISTRY
Excellence International is a multi-racial family Training Center and Bible College committed to equipping individuals and families to Excel in every area of life. Our mandate is to raise the standard of Excellence in believers, empowering them to authentically reflect the life and character of Jesus Christ in their communities and beyond.
We are a Word-based, faith-building Training Center grounded in Biblical truth, with foundational teachings centered on the Trinity: God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit. Our ministry is rooted in the teachings of Jesus and the Apostles, focusing on spiritual maturity, leadership development, and practical Christian living.
We believe that every God-given vision is fulfilled through committed people who share the heartbeat of that vision. Excellence International is an online Church and Training platform led by Dr. Vivian Rodgers and Dr. Charmaine Thompson-Rodgers. Through sound Biblical teaching and Spirit-led mentorship, we equip believers worldwide to grow in spiritual maturity, leadership, and Kingdom purpose, building strong leaders, nurturing healthy families, and seeing lives transformed by God’s Word.

For nearly three decades, Dr. Vivian Rodgers has served as an international conference speaker, author, and leadership trainer, working with business professionals, leaders, and organizations worldwide. His training resources and publications, endorsed by respected voices in leadership and business, have positioned him as a recognized authority in Leadership and Business Excellence, equipping individuals to operate at the highest standards of personal and professional impact.
Together with his wife, Dr. Charmaine Rodgers, they lead Excellence International, an online Ministry, Training Center, and Bible College committed to raising leaders of Excellence across nations. Both are Certified Life Coaches and passionate educators who have dedicated their lives to empowering believers to grow in spiritual maturity, leadership capacity, and Kingdom purpose.
Excellence International maintains a strong global presence through digital platforms, media outreach, and online training, making their programs accessible to students and leaders worldwide.
Dr. Vivian also serves as Vice President and International Dean of Destiny College International, an internationally accredited leadership institution established in Florida, USA, under the chancellorship of Keith Johnson. Dr. Vivian holds an earned Doctorate in Ministry, a PhD in Leadership, and a Doctorate of Divinity. Dr. Charmaine holds an earned Doctorate in Ministry and a PhD in Leadership.
With their combined expertise, faith, and life experience, Dr. Vivian and Dr. Charmaine are devoted to building training environments that empower individuals, strengthen families, and equip leaders to walk in excellence, discover purpose, and make a lasting impact throughout the world.
DR. VIVIAN RODGERS

Dr. Vivian Rodgers (PhD) is a globally recognized leadership strategist, executive life coach, author and keynote speaker with almost three decades of experience developing leaders across many nations. He has empowered business professionals, corporate teams, church leaders and organizations with practical leadership frameworks that drive performance, influence and long-term growth.
Dr. Rodgers is the founder and visionary leader of Excellence International, where he champions Excellence, character-based leadership and spiritual development in every sphere of life. His leadership philosophy emphasizes excellence, integrity, character, strategic thinking, effective communication and team development equipping leaders to lead with great impact in complex environments.
An accomplished author of 14 motivational books and training manuals, Dr. Rodgers’s work has been utilized in corporate settings, ministry leadership environments and academic coursework, and is endorsed by respected voices in leadership and personal development.
As a Certified Executive Life Coach and developer of practical leadership tools, Dr. Rodgers integrates Biblical wisdom with best-practice leadership principles to help individuals cultivate purpose, resilience and excellence. In addition to his leadership ministry, he serves as Vice President and International Dean of an accredited leadership college and maintains active engagement in business and organizational development.
Dr. Rodgers’s mentoring, teaching and strategic guidance continue to shape leaders who are prepared to influence their communities, organizations and the next generation with clarity, confidence and character.
